The Nashville Peace and Justice Center

Tonight, MyGlobalVoice will attend the Nashville Peace and Justice Center's board meeting. On their agenda for the evening is how MGV and the NPJC can collaborate on several issues.

The NPJC acts as a coalition of member organizations working for long-term sustainable social change on a variety of issues. MGV hopes to connect with these member organizations, like NOW (the National Organization for Women) the UNA (the United Nations Association) the Peace Coalition and the Haiti program. The NPJC has a rich history of activism and grassroots movements in Tennessee, so MGV is very excited to work in tandem with this exciting group.

Soon MGV will begin weekly movie screenings that will be advertised on the Nashville Progressive calender, hopefully starting this week.
